Resold Machine Registration Program
Recently, we have seen an increase in inquiries regarding repairs and parts for resold (used) machines that are not registered in our database. At SHODA, we have been operating our “Resale Equipment Registration System” since December 2003 to ensure that customers who have purchased used equipment from us can use it with confidence and receive the same high-quality support as customers who purchased directly from us. This program was revised in April 2006 based on our operational track record and provides a comprehensive and attentive after-sales service system.

Please fill out the required fields on the resale machine registration form and submit it. We will review your application and contact you with our decision.

We will send you the registration application form for resold (used) equipment. Please fill out the required information and mail it back to the Sales Department.

Registration fee
Inside of Japan（all types of NC machines） 150,000JPY/unit (excluding tax)
overseas（all types of NC machines） 200,000JPY/unit (excluding tax)
※An export application is required when exporting CNC machines overseas. Please contact your sales representative for details. We will send you our application form (paid). For resale to China, Shanghai Shoda will be the local support window.
※If you would like to register, we will inform you of the bank account number, so please remit the payment. Bank transfer fee will be paid by the customers.
※After confirmation of the remittance, we will inform you of your registration numbers, and send you a seal of certified registration for your machine.
Payment and Registration Process
- After your registration has been approved, please transfer the payment in cash to our designated bank account (transfer fees are the customer’s responsibility).
- After confirmation of the remittance, we will inform you of your registration numbers, and send you a seal of certified registration for your machine.
- Machines that have already been resold or installed can also be registered using the same procedure and fees as described above.
Paid Support After Registration
The following jobs are charged separately from the registration fee.
- Reissue of electric drawings
- Installation and test operation
- Maintenance
※we ask for your understanding in the event that we are unable to service your machine due to a discontinuation of its constituent parts.
